Task
The client needed a complex web portal and a powerful admin panel to manage reports, users, and the whole clinical workflow. During requirements we mapped the user roles, the report's path from upload to signature, and the constraints around medical data. We fixed the scope of integrations and the team's working scenarios.
Solution
As part of a team, I contributed to the product: a Next.js web portal, a powerful admin panel, DICOM/HL7 integration, and an AI layer that generates reports. We designed the workflows and admin screens around real scenarios, aligned the interfaces, and assembled them iteratively. We checked data correctness and integration behavior at every step.
Result
The outcome is an international product with a powerful admin panel through which the team runs reports and the whole workflow. Reports are generated automatically and reach the radiologist ready for review and signature.
Approach & decisions
The most non-trivial parts were the DICOM/HL7 medical-standard integrations and shaping admin scenarios around sensitive data. We carefully designed the report path and access rights so the process stayed transparent and controllable. We embedded the AI layer so the final decision always rested with the doctor, and the interface helped rather than hindered.
