Terms of Use

These terms describe how we work on projects and the principles our cooperation is built on. The specific agreements for your project are recorded separately before we start.

Updated: June 2026

What we do

We provide custom development services — websites, web and mobile apps, AI solutions, automation and related work. The exact scope, deliverables, price and timeline of each project are agreed individually and recorded in a separate written agreement before we start.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to your use of the website; a paid engagement is governed in addition by the separate agreement we sign for your project.

Not a public offer

The information on this website is for general reference only and is not a public offer or a binding proposal. A binding relationship arises only from a separate agreement signed for your specific project.

Who our services are for

Our services are offered to businesses and professional clients, not to consumers. If you nevertheless engage us as a consumer, your mandatory consumer rights continue to apply and prevail over any conflicting term here.

Price and timeline

We fix the price and timeline before a project starts, with no hidden charges. If the scope changes during the work, we agree any impact on price and timeline in advance and in writing. Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in the project agreement.

Rights to code and materials

On full payment and completion, all rights to the code and materials created specifically for your project transfer to you, with no lock-in to us. Until then, we retain those rights. By default we leave a small, unobtrusive credit in the footer and remove it on request. Third-party components keep their own licenses.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, the materials and access we need, and timely feedback. You confirm you hold the rights to any content you give us and that it does not break the law or infringe third-party rights. You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from materials or content you provide, or from your unlawful use of the deliverables. Delays in materials or feedback may affect the timeline.

Warranties and disclaimers

We perform our work professionally and with care. Except as expressly agreed in the project agreement, our services and this website are provided “as is”, without further warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as particular traffic, rankings, sales or revenue, as these depend on factors beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party services

Projects and this website may rely on third-party services (such as hosting, analytics, payment or AI providers). Their own terms and availability apply, and we are not responsible for their acts, outages or changes beyond our reasonable control.

Events beyond our control

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control — including outages, infrastructure or third-party provider failures, network issues, or other force-majeure events. Affected obligations are paused while the event continues.

Governing law and disputes

By using this website you agree to these terms (see “Acceptance of these terms”). For matters relating to use of this website itself — as opposed to a specific paid project — these policies are governed by the laws of Georgia, where the studio is registered, without prejudice to any mandatory laws of your country of residence. The law governing a specific project, and the way project disputes are resolved, is set out in that project's separate agreement. We always aim to resolve any issue first through direct, good-faith discussion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page with its update date. The terms of an ongoing project are governed by the agreement in force for that project.
