Task
The client needed a loyalty SaaS that retains clients through gamification and gives them clear analytics. Up front we mapped the engagement mechanics, the subscription model, and which metrics matter to clients. We fixed the dashboard scope and the set of game mechanics.
Solution
We built the frontend on Vue: loyalty mechanics — points, badges, leaderboards, challenges — a subscription model, and a dashboard with analytics. We designed the screens around real client scenarios and built the interface straight in code, aligning it on a live version. We assembled the interface iteratively, regularly showing progress.
Result
The outcome is a working product with a subscription model and clear analytics for clients. Gamification gives users tangible engagement and owners a clear picture of what's happening. The app is also published on the App Store and Google Play.
Approach & decisions
The most substantial part was shaping the game mechanics and the subscription dashboard to be both engaging and clear. We balanced points, badges, and challenges so engagement didn't turn into overload. We designed the dashboard around key metrics so clients see the payoff right away.
