What data we collect
We collect anonymised usage statistics: page views, referral sources and campaign UTM tags, and general device and browser information (such as browser type, language and approximate region). We do not run lead forms and do not ask for or store personal data such as your name, email or phone through this site — the main way to reach us is via messengers.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4, PostHog and Yandex Metrica (including session recording via Webvisor) load only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner; before that they are not loaded and set no cookies, and they run solely on your consent. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, sets no cookies and does not profile individual visitors; it runs on our legitimate interest in site security and aggregate statistics. You can decline, and cookie-based analytics stays off.
Why we use this data (legal basis)
We use this data to understand how the site is used, which content is helpful, and how to improve navigation and speed. Where consent is required, our legal basis is your consent given in the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers we use
We rely on a few trusted processors that handle data on our behalf: Google (Analytics 4), PostHog (product analytics, EU hosting), Yandex (Metrica — web analytics and Webvisor session recording) and Cloudflare (hosting and privacy-friendly web analytics). They process data only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms. We do not share your data with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep data
We keep anonymised analytics only as long as needed for statistics and trend analysis — typically up to 14 months — after which they are aggregated or deleted in line with the providers' retention settings. If you contact us via messengers, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to answer you and for our records.
International data transfers
Because we use international providers, anonymised analytics data may be processed outside your country, including the EU and the United States. Where required, these providers rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we handle, including HTTPS across the site and consent-gated analytics. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of data relating to you, and to withdraw consent. This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
