Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for our custom development services. Because every project is individual, the binding terms for your project are set out in the separate agreement we sign before we start.

What this covers

This policy covers paid custom development services — websites, apps, AI and related work. It does not cover third-party costs (such as hosting, domains, paid APIs or licences), which are billed by those providers under their own terms and are generally non-refundable once incurred.

No purchases on this website

This website does not sell any product or process payments directly. Nothing here is a public offer. Any payment happens only under a separate, individually agreed project contract.

Deposits and prepayments

We typically start work after a deposit or prepayment, which reserves our time and covers initial work. Once we have begun work, deposits are non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise in the project contract.

Work already performed

Completed and delivered work — including agreed milestones — is payable in full and is non-refundable, as it reflects time and effort already spent. On full payment, rights to that work transfer to you as described in the Terms of Use.

Cancelling a project

Either side may cancel a project with written notice via the agreed channel. On cancellation, you pay for all work done and costs incurred up to that point; any amount prepaid beyond that is refunded to you. We hand over the work completed so far.

How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancel, message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your project details. We aim to respond within one working day and to resolve any question fairly and in good faith.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer-protection or other laws that apply to you. Where such rights apply, they prevail over this policy.
