Task

The team needed to bring the product to users from two sides at once: the internal system where the platform itself is assembled and runs, and a clear public landing page that explains the value of the builder and brings in leads. We worked through the audience — businesses, managers, startups, and integrators — the workflows inside the system, and how to present the product on the outside. We fixed the scope of responsibility and priorities.

Solution

As part of the team I worked on both the platform's internal system and the public landing page. On the system side — the working scenarios of the business-app builder (objects, fields and logic, roles and access); on the landing side — a structure built around a clear pitch and lead capture. We built the interfaces straight in code, aligning them on a live version iteratively, keeping the team in the loop on progress.

Result

The outcome is a pairing of a working internal system and a public landing page that explains the builder and guides the user toward getting started. The product is presented clearly both outside and inside — from the first impression to real work in the system.

Approach & decisions

The most substantial part was holding two layers within one product: the flexibility of the builder's internal system and the clarity of the public landing page. Inside, we worked through scenarios with objects, fields, logic, and roles so the platform stayed understandable to a non-developer. Outside, we built the landing structure around the product's value so a visitor quickly grasps what it solves and for whom.

How we ran the project

  • 01

    Discussion & requirements

We get on a call with the client, map the goals, audience and constraints, and fix the scope of work.

  • 02

    Planning

We work out the structure, user scenarios and architecture, and choose technologies that fit the task.

  • 03

    Prototype in code

We build a working prototype directly in code and align the interface on a live version — not on static mockups.

  • 04

    Development

We write code in iterations, show progress regularly and keep the client in the loop.

  • 05

    Testing & launch

We test across devices and scenarios, then roll out to production.

  • 06

    Support & growth

We stay in touch, maintain the product and keep developing it further.
